On Sunday, we visited the state capitol building. It is only a couple blocks from campus, so it was easy for us to find time for it and to locate it. 

Like most capitol buildings, it was very beautiful inside. Although it looks like a football player on the top of the dome, it is a sculpture of a man sowing seeds. One of my professors said it is the only building in Lincoln that doesn't have a football player on it!!
